All eSIMs sold on esimpass.com are digital products.
No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and activation details are delivered instantly via Email (sent to the address used during checkout)
You can scan the QR code directly from your phone or print it if you prefer.
If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, please check your email spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Please note that eSIM Pass does not ship physical SIM cards or any tangible goods.
All products are digital-only and accessible via electronic delivery.
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
An order confirmation email containing your transaction details.
A delivery email with your eSIM QR code and setup instructions.
If you have not received your eSIM QR code within 30 minutes, or if there is an error in your order, please contact help@esimpass.com
