1. Digital Delivery Only
All eSIMs sold on esimpass.com are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and activation details are delivered instantly via email (sent to the address used during checkout).
You can scan the QR code directly from your phone or print it if you prefer.
2. Delivery Time
- Instant delivery: In most cases, your eSIM details are sent within a few minutes after payment is confirmed.
- Delayed delivery: Occasionally, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to network or payment processing delays.
If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, please check your email spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
3. No Physical Shipment
Please note that eSIM Pass does not ship physical SIM cards or any tangible goods. All products are digital-only and accessible via electronic delivery.
4. Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email containing your transaction details.
- A delivery email with your eSIM QR code and setup instructions.
5. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your eSIM QR code within 30 minutes, or if there is an error in your order, please contact help@esimpass.com
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will respond promptly to ensure you receive your eSIM.
6. When Is My eSIM Considered "Activated"?
"Activation" occurs when you scan the eSIM QR code and the eSIM profile is installed on your device. Once the QR code is scanned and the profile is imported, the eSIM is considered activated and cannot be refunded or transferred to another device.
This is separate from connecting to a mobile network. The eSIM is "activated" the moment it is installed, regardless of whether you have used any data or connected to a network.
7. Important Notes
- Ensure you enter a valid and correct email address during checkout.
- Once delivered, your eSIM QR code is unique and should be kept secure.
- eSIM Pass is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or issues arising from user error during checkout.
